New board members

We are pleased to announce our two new board members Martin Sauter and Alexandre Closset. The two complement our board with the existing board members Michael Reinhard and Nicolas Wavre. Martin Sauter served as Chairman and CEO of Sauter Bachmann AG until the end of 2022 and serves as Chairman of Laubscher Präzision AG. Alexandre Closset is an executive with profound background in the fuel cell market. He is a member of the Board of Directors of L.E.S.S. SA since 2021.
