Since our foundation 17 years ago, Celeroton has established itself as the world’s leading supplier of gas-bearing turbo compressors with patented technology for a wide range of applications. With innovative spirit and a strong focus on the needs of our customers, as well as high demands for the quality of our products, we have made it our mission to continuously improve our development processes and thus our product portfolio.

How do our systems come into being and which teams are involved in the development process?

• Sales and Project Management: Our customers benefit from close contact with our Sales team and structured Project Management that combines transparency and efficiency. We attach particular importance to precisely understand our customers’ needs and, if desired and not available as a standard product, offering custom solutions for every challenge.

• Motors & Compressors: This team bridges the gap between concept and technical implementation. Our engineers develop innovative solutions for new projects and products. Projects are turned into reality through a combination of structured analyses, state-of-the-art calculation tools, prototype production and test bench construction for on-site testing.

• Electronics and Software: No motor works without electronics, which are either already available as a Celeroton product or are customized or newly developed by the Electronics team. Here we analyze the circuits, currents, voltages and electromagnetic compatibility of our products. Colleagues in the Software team then connect the compressor and inverter to form a functioning system. Combining electronics development and software integration requires the highest level of expertise and flexibility. Thanks to our state-of-the-art development environment, we ensure that the two teams work together smoothly.

• Production and Quality Assurance: Quality is no coincidence, but the result of a traceable process, confirmed by ISO 9001 certification. Our Production and Quality teams work hand in hand to ensure that every product meets high standards. Quality Assurance does not start with the first prototype, but right at the definition of the technical specifications. This gives our customers the certainty that every product meets the highest quality standards.

Our aim is to shape projects seamlessly and integrally. We know how to implement all aspects of a development project – from the initial idea to series production – in an efficient and structured manner. For a company of our size this is a challenging balancing act, which we master year after year.
